Default 1998 s-10 2WD L4 Lower left control arm help

New to Chevy Forum

Does anyone know if a there is a difference between a Sport Suspension(ZQ8) and an Increased Capacity Suspension (Z85) for the lower left control arm? Based on a OEM GM part # I got from a Chevy dealer, DORMAN Interchange search shows up with a match but the catalog insists it is only for the sport suspension/ MEVOTECH has a new number that is good for all 2WD S-10s and RAYBESTOES,NAPA,ADVANCE,etc only list a part for the sport suspension.

Aftermarket$= $90+/- GM $260-$393(even the gm dealer parts guy had to call Detroit to get the correct #).

I am beginnig to think the part will work for either type suspension and the listings are inaccurate based on Mevotech's "revised part number & listing and the Dorman interchange listing the same part for S-10's w or w/o sport suspension. Any had experience with this problem or have some words of wisdom? Trying to just replace the Lower Ball Joint is a real PIA.
