Default 2000 Blazer 4x4 not working right

Hi all im a new member here. i got a 2000 s10 Blazer (my first one), and im having a problem getting my 4x4 to work. it started off with only engaging 4lo or 2wd. i have already replaced the vacuum switch on the transfer case. i have the np233 (3 button) transfer case. i ran the diagnostics byn grounding pin 13 on my DLC, and got error code 2. i replaced the shift motor then acted all kinds of crazy. when i had the motor off i was able to shift the transfer case manually with my wrench. i then jacked up the right side front and engaged the 4x4, the front wheel did not turn meaning the front axle is engaged. i turned it back to 2wd and the front tire turned freely. i have vacuum at my actuator, the actuator is working correctly and my transfer case is working properly. i have removed the connector to the TCCM, cleaned the contacts and applied dielectric grease, i also removed the selector switch and applied dielectric grease. still nothing. i have included a video of what its doing with the new motor. the 4x4 buttons do light up then current mode when i turn the key to run any other suggestions?
