Default no start

is engine turning over normally? if its fast suspect timing chain. what did it do when first not start? did it shut off or just didnt start one day? what year is truck? if u have spark & compression it should fire on starting fluid. could be clogged fuel filter but should still start on starting fluid.

Engine is most likely out of time. Why, if you have spark and it still does not hit then compression is most likely not hitting when it sparks. Oh, crank position sensor, well probally ok if it is sparking. I don't think it has a cam sensor, not sure. I'd start with the timing.
