Watered down gas in truck?

Watered down gas in truck?
Last time I filled my tank off, noticed that my RPM's would go up n down while just cruising in my truck. My Chevy is a 99 S10, & it does this at random times while driving. Is this due to gas I put in? Perhaps watered down?
