Default 97 S10 blazer brake shuttering

when i apply the brakes the front end shutters pretty bad, diffently seems like a brake issue, my mechanic thinks routers so im planning on that & new front pads & checking rear pads, any other ideas greatly appreciated,thanks doug

I just had this problem, but mine was more costly...

My brake caliper wasn't even bolted on

found out that it was that the steering knuckle had been stripped and the bolts fell out, that our a mechanic (wanna be mechanic) decided to over tighten the pins. *shrug*

Hope it's not that in your case.

I'd visually check to make sure yours are still bolted on.
