Exclamation 98 s10 2.2 fuel issue, ground issue please help

i have two seperate problems, both happen at random intervals, the first being a fuel pressure or delivery problem, while driving it seems like sometimes i cant go past 1/4 throttle or the truck starves and loses all power and sometimes will stall out ( changed fuel pump but never had a chance to see if this fixed the problem because its not a constant problem ) what else might cause this problem ? the second is a ground issue thats causing most of the lights in the instrement cluster to flicker on and off sometimes only for a few minuits other times for hours ( check engine, service 4wd, check gauges etc ) where are the locations of the grounds under the hood that might solve this problem or where could i run a new ground that would solve this? thank you for any help

i also noticed that the ground issue ( lights in the instrement cluster ) tends to come on alot of the times just by opening the drivers side door, but not always, any suggestions?
