balance shaft 4.3 engine
Don't know if this was ever asked before.
Has anyone ever removed the chain driving the balance shaft to try and get better performance / mileage? Did the engine run very rough or erratic? Was there any gain in going this?
On the edge of opening the engine and I'm looking at all possibilities.
