fuse 10 ecm ignition keeps blowing
The truck starts, idles, you can rev it up but once you put it in gear, the fuse blows. We thought it may be the fuel pump so we replaced it but it keeps happening. This is a 95 S10 pick up with a vortec cmfi.
Any help would be appreciated!

Is yours VIN Z or W? The 20A ECM Ign fuse 10 supplies power to the ICD module, fuel injectors, CKP sensor, and PCM or VCM. A wire with missing/worn insulation shorting to ground as the engine shifts, maybe?

still no luck
It is a "W" motor. Even though it is a 95, I did get the following codes from my buddy's OBDII reader:
Evap emission-control system vent-V1V/Sol Malf
Eval Emission-control system-malfunction
would this solonoid cause the fuse to blow?
The truck will start, it will idle, you can rev it up....when you put it in gear and put a load on it POPS!
any ideas anyone?? any and all are welcome!

About the only thing that comes into play with the transmission in gear (any gear?) that's not otherwise protected by another fuse is the pressure control solenoid circuit at the transmission:
Pin C Red/BLK wire - Press Ctrl Sol "HI"
Pin D LT BLU/WHT Press Ctrl Sol "LO"
I think a short to ground on the Red/BLK wire or internal short (solenoid itself?) will blow that fuse 10.

spider?
If the spider was going would that cause the fuse to blow too?
It never gets passed drive. The last time we tried we put it in drive gave it a little gas (the truck is currently stuck on a hill) it stayed running until it was given more gas to pull the hill. Then it popped....then back to square one.
I appreciate your help!

I don't see how. Anything funny in the fuel injector circuit would have it running weird. Unless, there's a short in the wiring. Did you ever try moving it in the dark. If it's a short in the wiring, it should produce pretty good spark to blow a 20A fuse.
