Question Help to specify a rear end!

OK help from all you S10, Sonoma, Blazer guys would be greatly appreciated!! After lots of research and differing direction and opinions I should have started here I guess.
I have a 1937 Chev 2 door flat back sedan and I need a complete hub to hub differential about 54 inches from backer plate to backer plate.
Ideally I would like 3.73 (maybe 3.42 gears) with as large a ring gear as possible (8 inch or more?) and disc brakes would be a nice touch. I would sacrifice disc brakes if you can direct me to a decent “conversion kit” solution after the fact. The essential things are the 54” or close to, the 3.73 or 3.42 gears and the larger ring gear.
I am told that the “Sport” model of S10 would have the larger ring gear? I was also told that the 2 wheel drive models were the shortest of the bunch but does not come with disc brakes? Help anyone!
Come to my rescue and tell me what make and model and a year range I am looking for.
Many thanks. Alan from Alberta Canada.
