Unhappy Possible fuel emergency shut off issue

I was leaving my apartment and turned too sharp and run up on the curb. It was a pretty rough bump. It ran for a bit, died, and wouldn't start. I let it sit and it ran for a couple minutes and died again. I let it sit over night, about 10 hours, and wouldn't start.

I was told it might be an emergency fuel shut off. Could that be the issue? If so, how do I fix it?
If not, what could it be?

Thank you.

that's a ford feature...chevy's don't have that.

checking fuel pump operation is a good place to start. cycle the key to the key on position...can you hear the fuel pump run for 2 seconds?

It was a Ford enthusiast that suggested it.

Yes. It runs for 2 seconds then stops. Usually, I think, it would run for longer.

As far as I can tell there is no spark.

I replaced the coil pack, distributor cap and rotar and now it runs fine.
