Angry rough idle, stalling problems

I have a 1991 GMC Sonoma that has stalling problems and rough idle. I replaced the EGR and this fixed the problem for 6 weeks. When it started to have the same problems again I thought it might be the EGR valve I purchased. I pulled the EGR off again and replaced it with a new one...no change in behavior. The truck only has 65k original miles and had tune up 10k miles ago. The truck sometimes wont start unless I keep the accelerator on the ground. Once its started if you give it gas it will sometimes stall out. It now seems to lack power when you accelerate or it hesitates like its not getting correct air/fuel mixture. Anyone have ideas for my next step?
