SUBMERGED 92 S10 blazer
I just bought a 92 S10 blazer 4x4 4.3 vortec V6 with a 700r4 tranny + shift kit for 750, i test drove it for 15-20 minutes and it ran perfect, we left it there over night and picked it up the next morning and it ran for about 20 minutes bogged down and stopped we thought it was just out of gas so we filled it up and it wouldnt start, so we went and picked up my mechanic and we ended up gettin it started and puttered our way back to his house, we replaced the fuel pump+strainer, fuel filter, cut the exhaust off in front of the catalytic converter, replaced the icm, the fuel injectors and then did a reset (unplugged the battery, the black wire) just to find out that theres water in the intake and on the spark plugs, which leads us to the conclusion that it was submerged and that theres probably water in the cylinders so we looked for other signs like the muddy/rusty water in the fuel filter and and a HUGE water mark on the hood and the fact that the front driveshaft is missing and the front axle can be hand spun, anybody have any ideas?
