timing problems 2.8l
had an o ring put on dist.truck would skip or buck when trying to stay at a steady speed.took it to a garage.mechanic pulled an replaced dist.and set timing according to manual.also replaced idle control valve.truck still skips or stutters,especially in lower gears.can anyone help
