Default loose

don't know what engine but check it real close wear the wobble is those fan clutches go bad on a regular basis .there are nuts on studs that hold the fan clutch to the water pump ( after removing the belt ) .the fan blade and clutch assembly then will come off,You might have to remove the top of the fan shield from the radiator to get the fan out .
