Default Wiper Motor, 1998 S-10 Truck, Replace

The wipers have gone to intermittently not working again. '98 S-10 truck. Not good in a rain storm or snow. I had this happen before and was fixed under the recall. Now with 231K miles It prob won't be covered. Rather than try to fix the circuit board I am going to replace the motor myself, Auto Zone sells them for $110. Where is the motor located and how hard to do? I'm a fairly good backyard mechanic. mikes

All you need to replace is the board, it is held on by 3 or 4 screws under the hood. It fixes the problem every time. No need to replace the motor. Much cheaper and easier. % min install
