Default power loss to tach, speedo, & trans

'95 Tahoe loses power to the tachometer, speedometer, trans, and shift indicator when the truck starts up. When the key is in the run position but not running, there is power at the trans fuse and shift indicator lights up. All the gauges seem to operate normally until the engine is running, thats when the tach, speedo, shift indcator, and trans fuse lose power. Any Ideas?
