Can anyone tell me where I might find the trailer brake harness in my 2008 Colorado? The book says it is under the instrument panel and labeled. I can’t seem to locate this harness. Any suggestions.

The harness is located and labled under the dash way up where the firewall and dash meet. I expected to find a pigtail conector but was only able to find a tag with wire color codes. Im still looking.
