pulltriangle trim from the top, pull the trim around door handle, remove lock slider. 7mm bolt behind the lock slider, 7mm under the armrest near the handle, remove push in clip at he front of the skin. If its an early year model, there is another 7mm at the bottom edge of the door, if its was built later in the year, there is a cap on a screw at the rear of the door, which has a T15 or T20 TorX screw in it.
Then just grab the handle of the armrest and pull straight up. pull the skind back a little, d\c the electrical connections, the light on the bottom and your done.
the speaker just clips in, but you may need a couple standard screwdrivers to get it out. One to push down on the clip, and the other to pry the speaker out
