Default vinyl cut on dash

Lookingat buying a car....2000 alero...the dash on it has been cut and most of the vinyl has been peeled off. aside from replacing the dash, is there any kind of fix that you guys know of?.....I have been told that there are dash kits out there that just stick on the dash??

ya they have dash cap replacments and there not bad i painted one today for a superbeetle easy install look into a duplicate body parts warehouse in your area that the body and apohlstery shops go to this one was a full dashfor around 80. buck take off the old and spot silicone it on in 12" intervalss

There are plenty of them in the range $80-$300 depending on th enumber of pieces in a kit. Check this wood dash kits page.

There a lot of different brands, some of them very expensive but I think all of them are manufactured using the same equipment. The large manufacturers (Sherwood, BI) charge more just because of the brand name ....
