Default Extended Cab Trim

I have a 2003 Silverado Extended Cab, and noticed that for both "rear doors" the trim/stripping at the bottom is coming off and there is rust underneath, a common problem with extended cabs? Now when I have looked for weatherstripping on different parts websites I have been unable to find what looks like those pieces, I keep finding the big soft rubber weather stripping and what I need is a thin piece of plastic/rubber attached to a metal strip, any advice as to what they are called and where I can buy some?
