Default 2005 colorado 4x4 crew cab

HELP I just replaced the Front rotors and pads on my 2005 colorado after driving 5 miles i started to get A ABS FAULT light on my display and the ABS light is on how do you reset these ? Register today for free or log-in if already registered to remove this ad!

If the ABS light is on there is a fault and a trouble code stored. Clearing the codes may put the light out temporarily, but it won't fix the problem.

If the light came on immediately after doing the brakes, go back to the scene of the crime. Chances are you knocked the speed sensor connector off or damaged the wiring at one of the wheels.

If you don't see anything you need a scanner to check the trouble codes, and take it from there.
