Smile Insulate Van

Any ideas on the best application for insulating my new van...batt, fiberboard, natural cotton barrier, foam, etc. I want to not only insulate but also sound proof too. Would I need to add moisture barrier to the walls.

Any ideas on the type cover wall to use also.

I'm in the very beginning stage of my project....so any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks

I would suggest duct liner insulation, you could probably stop by a local AC contractor and buy some.
