cam question

whats it mean when they say a CAM MADE FOR LIMITED STREET USE ONLY does it mean that this cam doesnt like idling on steady speeds?

i take it by the description that it would not be very livable for driving in slow traffic or at low speed's with out loading up and frequently clearing it out ,racing the engine to keep it from flooding out .because the induction system has to be rich enough not to get hot ,and perform when you get to stretch it out on the road ,johnny law doesn't look to kindly on burn outs and bonzi runs .like the good old day's .
