My wife and I were wondering, would an LS series motor, prolly the LS2 or the LS3, would fit into a Tracker, we hope/plan to buy a late model tracker and turn it into the ultimate sleeper. We realize that the motor mounts, xmsn, drive shaft, rear end, will all have to be replaced. We are both helicopter mechanics and both would like to undergo this challenge. We were just wondering if it has been done before and if anyone had any ideas or help they would like to offer us. Thank you for the help.
