Default What chip/programer..

Should I get for my chevy 2500 4wd (2000 - Year)? What would improve the power and gas mileage. Gas mileage is a pretty big deal to me, so I want to lean more towards that, but it would be nice if the power was increased some, but that is not a big deal since I do not need any extra power. Just fun to have. lol. Register today for free or log-in if already registered to remove this ad!

You have to make up your mind. What do you want; fuel mileage or power? You cannot have the best of both worlds. It's one or the other. To make more power, you need more fuel. Forget the CAI way of thinking. That will get you no where.

I believe Bully Dog makes a program for your car. I am not sure though. I know they do on the newer TDs. The half a Economy Mode, Towing Mode, and Power Mode. They are a reliable company. They do a bunch of different vehicles. From my understanding they make a good product.

i've got a hyperpac in my silverado and my gas mileage is about 20-21 mpg and it has a whole lot of power. so i guess you can say i have the best of both worlds.

Default Nelson Tune

Just added a Nelson tuned Diablow to my 6L 07NBS & does it ever make a difference. Right now I'm running the 87 Octane tune & when I fill up will switch to 93 tune.
