I have had my radio out of my car several times and do not know of a reset in the location that they are talking. You may want to look at the tranmitter portion of the unit and see if that is working. It is located on the passenger side under the glovebox. You will have to take off most of the dash including the dash pad itself to be able to get to it.
Sorry I could not of been anymore helpful.

This post is 7 months old. I would be willing to bet that he has fixed it or replaced it by now. Unless he is riding around singing to himself.
