Default Which spark plugs are better from these?

AC/Delco, Accel, or the NGK v-power spark? Which ever ones I get, it will be the plain ones, no split fire type plugs. No platinum or stuff like that.
Remember, mild 355 TBI, long tube headers, h-pipe, Dynomax race bullet mufflers. Stock 350 chip for now, will get a good one when I do a cam swap.

Also, are Accel distributor cap and rotor kits any good?

my personal preference would be ac delco, there sometimes a bit pricey but worth it.iv'e ran others...accel etc and they are ok im just loyal to what worked best for my setup...
