Default Bed Side Repair

Hello,
I have a 2007 Chevrolet 4WD Extended Cab short bed Classic style. It is a fleet vehicle. I just got a new bed side for it inner and outer and they said that is glued on. Is there any tips/tricks, steps that I can give to our shop that will help they in replacing the bed side. I have attached pictures of the bedside so you can get an idea of what I have to work with...

They use body glue and there is places on the side that bolt up with the inner part of the bed. Thats really all I know on the subject never having put one back on.

So what is the trick to getting the old fender off, since it is held on by this glue. Should it just seperate where We want it to for this new fender and then all we have to do is bolt and glue the new one on?

You pretty much have to burn and pry. Unbolt everything, heat the glue (which may or may not be painted over.) and pry on it as you go. You'll see it start to seperate, then you more or less lift the bedside straight up an pull out and it should come off bottom-first.
I wish I had access to a diagram to show you...
