Default 2004 Monte Carlo Seat Warmer Issue

Bought a used 2004 Monte Carlo Intimidator. Driver side seat warmer doesn't work, but the passenger side does. Is there any method to trouble shooting the issue and then fixing it?

Not too familiar with heated seat systems.
