Default how to chnage a blower motor on a 97 Chevy astro with A/C

Hi, Pl. help me how to remove the shroud outside under hood to replace the motor.
also how I can make sure that it has a good Ground Connection, as usually I tap the motor Outside Body it runs.

Remove the washer fluid and coolant reservoirs. To remove the acoustic cover over the blower motor, remove the two screws securing the cover and then cut it between the clip lands. On some models the fan must be removed from the motor before it can be removed from the vehicle.
