Default 2001 S-10 codes

Does anyone know what, if anything, would cause a P0442 (small evap leak) and a P0137 (low voltage to the O2 sensor) at the same time?

I've had an issue with both codes before, but usually separately. The last time I had a P0442 code, the shop boys told me I had a pin sized hole in the filler neck, so I replaced the whole thing from the tank to the cap. That was probably 6 or 7 months ago now. The O2 sensor code has come on before, and had turned itself back off before I had it looked at. Any suggestions for either one or both? Thanks!
