Default Heat Problem

I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 2WD with a 4.3L. I have changed out the thermostat and have done a complete flush and fill on the coolant. Even flushed the Heater core. Still getting luke warm air. Does anyone have any other advice or know of another solution to my issue. Thanks
