"Check CD" Error

RE: "Check CD" Error
using a burnt cd? could be the format that it was burnt. Try using a different program to burn the disc. Also check the cd for the abvious, fingerprints, scratch, dirt etc.
If it happens with store bought cd's, and they are clean, you'll need to bring it into the dealer for a new radio

They are burnt CDs that i have in there but i have been using them all year long without issue. The CDs will not eject at all. It just throws the code and send me back to the radio.

I took it to the dealer and they did a reprogram. This is what was on the invoice below. The dealer service scheduler could not explain it.
R0759 Radio Reprogramming with SPS
FC: 80925
Also, i have a high pitch noise that is coming from the radio. You can only hear itwhen other noise does not drown it out. My brother has an 07 NBS and his does it as well. Is this standard on all?

Noise is proberably the fan in the radio. I have yet to see them replace a radio for that. Normal operation. Have the GM Shop foreman ride with you if it is too loud.
