09 silverado Frozen cluster.
Hi dear
I have a 09 silverado that has a bunch of electrical problem, the ECM, bcm, Tcm, has been replace the cluster is frozen n the radio doesn't turn it on, we have reprogram the replace unit but the theft light come and goes the cluster lights up but is frozen, the radio we try to program and didn't sync with the tech2 the same happen with the cluster. The car doesn't turn on could you please put some thoughts on this problem. Thank you
