Default 1988 Silverado, whats it worth?

I found a 1988 Chevy silverado fully loaded reg cab 8' box 2wd 5.7L 4spd auto with a color matched mid rise fiberglass cap.
it has been kept in a garage since new, It has 22,000 original miles on it, it is absolutely in mint condition, not even a scratch on the underside of it. even has the original Uniroyal tiger paw tires on it.
I didnt think a truck like this All original existed. The owner is now to old to drive and must sell it.
kelly blue book doesnt really tell whats its worth, being the condition its in.
What is a truck like this worth?
here are some pics, just click the links

BALLPARK 3500-5500. low mileage is great, but not for 22 year old tires. i'd replace the tires right away, and closely inspect all fluids, brake hoses and lines, all other hoses. sittin for periods of time can be harmful to various parts. otherwise, clean looking rig. nice find.

Yea I know the tires gotta go, but was amazed they were still on it with50% tread left.
I just got it inspected the tech says its perfect, no oil leaks, no rust at all on frame or brake lines, it has original brakes front and rear, rears look brand new, still have the delco stamp on the shoe, wasnt even any brake dust to tap out of the drum. The garage it was kept in was climate controlled.

I did just notice that both left speakers are not working on the radio. I think I remember something about those 2 piece radios had lots of trouble. thats a small issue tho.
I picked it up for $5000. I tried to get them lower but the old guy wasnt having anything of it. I had to laugh, he said he would burry it in his back yard and plant flowers in it before he sold it for less then 5k.
On that note I laughed and handed the funny guy a check.
Now I just need to dig into this radio issue

great buy. i would definitly give it an overlook on all hoses, lines , fluids, pads, and give it a good tune.

Just ordered 4 new tires from tirerack.com, they deliver to my local tire shop, they are a authorized installer for them. Great tire prices from there, I like buying local but a $70. savings per tire cant be beat and my tire shop does this all the time with with tirerack.
All hoses look great, belt was just replaced, need to pull a plug to check it out.
the radio not working right sux, but minor i guess

I will probable have no choice but to put an aftermarket radio in it, I just never liked the look of having to put the radio in the center of the dash and still having the original radio control display in the dash, but If I want radio, don't have much of a choice
