As far as I can tell my truck has no door speakers so only dash speakers and rear speakers. O its a single cab so it has the ones that are right behind your head.

should be 4x6's on the dash and behind your head. There should be speakers in your door behind the door panel.

Ah. Maybe the guy did not hook them up when he put the new head unit in. See I just bought this truck 3 days ago so I am finding all the quirks out now.

Oh yeah there should be like a 4 inch speaker behind the door panels. At least there is on mine and it's a 95.

I agree with Cams 98 Silverado; Crutchfield.com has an excellent database of speaker sizes for vehicles. As for door speakers, mine has 6.75" rounds, which may or may not be different from yours. I'm too lazy to do your vehicle lookup on Crutchfield. The tower speakers are 4x6s.

I have a 91 GMC Sierra, it has no door speakers never has, but the ones in the dash are 4x6 and so are the ones behind your head.

There were several different interiors throughout the generation 88-98, so I guess it would just depend on which one you have. I think one of the largest changes interior-wise occurred between 1994 and 1995.
