Default 2000 Silverado turns over but won't start?

The truck died while driving.

Fuel pump is good.
Spark plugs are firing.
Distributor cap is fine.
Even with gas poured into the throttle body it still won't start.
Even with the pedal to the floor it won't start.
Thought I might have jumped time, but it still turns over correctly.

Any ideas?

That is no test for the fuel pump. It could have less than 10psi.

In 1997 Chevy pickup, fuel relay burnt around one prong, very hot, fuel pump won't run. I can change relay the pump will run again. Or any other solution?
