Hey everyone, just bought an 03 2500HD Silverado a month ago and I have 2 questions....

1. My wiper arms do not bend out and stay in the up position when I wash my windshield, is this normal?

2. My heater doesn't work, when I bought it, it was hot and I didn't think about checking the heater, the AC works great. Today when I lifted the hood the 2 ports(I think from my heater core) coming out of the firewall are not connected and I don't see where the hoses would come from to attach them back.

Both are minor issues right now but once winter comes I will need to get my heater working even though I live in Southern California.
