2003 Silverado SS front wiring harness replacement
Hey everyone new member here I am working on my brothers Silverado SS while he is deployed. It was wrecked when he got it and some stuff never worked so I bought a new GM wiring harness for the front headlamps problem is this I got it all apart and I was looking at the old harness and I can see that the headlamp connectors are on it and on the new harness the headlamp connectors arent on it but its all wired in on the old harness?? I am confused some help please

Theres no where to splice them inline on the new harness.. I would but I cant find any bare wires to splice into. I work for a GM dealership I may just call GM part tech tomorrow and ask them because according to all the drawings of the harness ive seen say they have the connectors for the headlights on it. Numbers 11,12 and 16 are the connectors for the headlights and other lights
