Question 2004 silverado front suspension

over the last year I've been chasing down the cause of a loose front end. I've replaced shocks, idler and pitman arm, steering gear box and still have a very loose front end. How do I get my truck to steer stiff like its new again?

can tires be the main source? it seems extremely loose to be just tires.

truck has 190k miles on it.
