Default 2005 Silverad Z71 5.3 Knock Sensor Engine Light

Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this? Is it something I could do with limited mechanical ability? Expensive? Is it even a big deal to get it fixed? Any thought would be appreciated!

Big deal to get fixed for sure. They sit on top of the block and it's usually the back one that you have to replace. They're not hard to do just time consuming. Intake manifold and fuel rails have to come off
