Ive had my truck for 6 years and the lower light housing , the one that sits above the bumper, has an amber bulb on the outside and a clear bulb on the inside, the clear bulbs have never come on, I changed them today and they still do not come on, I replaced the old fuse and nothing,,,, any suggestions? Im not even sure when this bulb is supposed to come on,,,,,

if your refering to the dtrl bulbs; they only come on with the truck running and in drive, ebrake off.

ok, so those are the DTR Lights, I guess the previous owner wired this truck to run the low beam headlights as the DTRL,,,,
