Default 2005 Silverado stereo problem

I have intermittent problems with the left front door speakers not working; when vehicle is cool after sitting out all night the driver door speakers won't work, then if it sits in the sun for a few hours presto, they work! the left rear always works and it doesn't matter if I'm on an FM stereo station or CD or AM Any Ideas

Pull the door panel and see if the wire connector is tight and clean. Also check to see if the speaker is damaged in any way. Factory speakers are not very good and usually don't last very long.
