2007 Chevy 1500 front end popping when turning sharp
I have a popping noise in my front end (passenger side I believe) when I turn sharp... Any ideas...? Looked at my tie rods and the outer (both sides) have the boots cracked... Was thinking its those but how can I check to see if they are bad...? Also I noticed a piece that looks bad on both sides but no clue what it is...

Have someone wiggle the steering back and forth while you watch those joints and see if you can see any movement.
Those joints at the end of the rack and pinion seem like they dont line up too well.
Those cracked rubbers on the stabilizer bar would cause more of a rattle when you hit a bump rather than a popping when you turn. They could use replacing anyways, but dont think thats your problem
