Exclamation 2007 silverado cluster issues/battery drain

I have 2007 silverado that the battery has started to drain within a few hours. I searched for drain and noticed that the tach and speedo will drop below zero and then jump back up to zero about every 30 seconds when the key is off. Any suggestions on what would be causing the cluster to do this?
