Light bar?????/exhaust system/fenderflares/headlights

ok i have a few questions this is my truck(which some jerk threw a mailbox through the window) but anyway here are my questions.
question 1: What exhaust system do you suggest?I am looking for a real deep pretty loud exhaust oh ya i have a V8 5.3L flex
question 2:Where can i get a light rack/sorta roll cage sorta thing for my truck hahah sorta what i drew in the picture,,,one where i can mount some KC lights on
Question 3:Where can i get some blackout headlights not covers actual headlights what brand do you suggest??
Question 4:What company makes some fender flares for an 07 like mine i have been having some trouble finding some ???
