Default 97 1500 5.7L Wont Start

Having some issues with a 97 5.7L 4WD 1500 that won't start. Here is what I have done so far.

Tested each plug and they seem to have spark (tested with inline spark plug tester)
Tried spraying some starting fluid down the throttle body nothing
Tried a little gas down the throttle body...nothing
Replaced the spark plugs
Replaced the battery

I plan to get a fuel pressure gauge today and test that however if it were a fuel problem I would have thought starter fluid or gas would have got it to kick over even for a min and run temporarily.

I am open to any other suggestions as this is getting rather frustrating. I have not looked at anything with the distributor, cap, or rotor yet as it seems to be getting fire but have not completely ruled those out either.

Thanks for any help or suggestions anyone can offer.

Check your cables at the starter?
