Default 97 1500 missing

Hey how's everyone doing? I have a 97 k1500 with the 5.7 vortec. In the mornings when I start it up it misses really bad and gives the p1345 code cam sensor not in correlation with crank sensor. I drive it hard for about 5 minutes until it warms up, then it runs fine. Any help is appreciated.

maybe try readjusting the timing or check the timing chain seems weird that it is fine after it warms up

I changed to rotor button and cap a few months ago. I was reading a thread about Astro vans say that the aftermarket caps aren't good and cause moisture to get it. Is this true on the the 350's also?

I had a cheap cap and rotor do that same thing only when it rained(hard starting) if the rotor dosen't have the plastic shield covering the metal section(mine was blue in color) going out to the tip it will arc up to the cap and to wrong cylinder i could see the small arc spot on mine get a good AC/DELCO set
