Default ac controller question

Ok ac won't turn 100% on will work on high but nothing else I took off switch cleaned scraped metal for nice contact still nothing don't think its switch so what's next inline to see why it won't work

Now ac gets cold d works 100% on high

Don't know what year you are working on so this is kinda 'generic'.

The system uses two entirely separate circuits for blower operation. One for high and another for all the lower speeds.

Check the blower resistor; usually locted on top of the plentim behind and left of the glove box.

Sounds like the blower resistor to me too.
