Default Air Pressure Monitor Reset 2007 Silverado

I need to clear the icon / message indicating that the Air Pressure Monitor needs attention or something like that. I tried to set it on two different occasions according to the instructions with no luck I have since learned that a magnet would work. However I need to get the message off so I can try to reset it again using the magnet.

Default RE: Air Pressure Monitor Reset 2007 Silverado

I had that message pop up one time. I just filled my tires up, and the message went away. You might have a bad sensor. I know that the dealership charges a small fortune for those sensors, cause when I changed my rims out, I couldnt get those sensors out of the factory wheels without stripping them out. I got mine at Discount Tire, if you have onenear you, they have those sensors and will replace them for you for cheap. Other than the instructions to clear the message, thats all I know. Good Luck!
